POLICY FOR CANCELLATION OF RESERVATIONS AND STAYS:
BOOKINGS:
To formalize reservations, La Joya del Valle de Ricote will request the client to pay a fee, in advance, for an amount of 50% of the total stay.
In case of cancellation of reservation, the following penalties will be applied in terms of damages, to be deducted from the fee:
- Betwen 60 to 30 days prior to the date of entry: Loss of 10% of the total reservation.
- Betwen 30 to 15 days prior to the date of entry: Loss of 20% of the total reservation.
- 15 days prior to the date of entry: Loss of 50% of the total reservation, equivalent to 50% of the fee that is paid when making the reservation.
STAYS:
The resignation of the overnight stay in advance by the client will not give the right to any refund or compensation from the property.
Failure to comply with any of the sections of the previous point will be cause for termination of the contract, and the property may demand 50% more than the full amount stipulated as the lease fee, for damages and the client will accept it at that same moment.
CONDITIONS ABOUT CHILDREN AND EXTRA BEDS
Children cannot be accommodated at El Cactus or La Haymah de Ibn Arabi.
