CANCELLATION POLICY:
Reservations:
THIS CONTRACT WILL BE EFFECTIVE AND MANDATORY FOR BOTH PARTIES AT THE TIME OF SIGNATURE WITH ADVANCE PAYMENT OF 50% OF THE RENTAL AMOUNT PAID BY THE CLIENT AS A DEPOSIT NO MORE THAN 3 DAYS AFTER THE DATE ON THE HEADER OF THIS CONTRACT. THIS DOCUMENT WILL SERVE AS VALID CONFIRMATION OF PAYMENT PROVIDING IT IS ACCOMPANIED BY A RECEIPT ACCREDITING THE PAYMENT.
IF THE CLIENT CANCELS THE TOURIST ACCOMMODATION RENTED 30 DAYS BEFORE CHECK-IN, THE CLIENT WILL BE REFUNDED THE AMOUNTS PAID, EXCEPT FOR 10% WHICH WILL BE RETAINED FOR DAMAGES AND LOSSES. A CANCELLATION MADE 15 DAYS BEFORE THE RENTAL WILL INCUR A PENALTY OF 20% OF THE AMOUNT PAID. IF THE TOTAL AMOUNT OF THE RENTAL PRICE HAS NOT BEEN PAID WITHIN THE STATED TIME PERIOD, PROPERTY COULD UNILATERALLY TERMINATE THE CONTRACT SIGNED BY THE TWO PARTIES AND WITHHOLD THE 50% DEPOSIT PAID BY THE CLIENT AS A PENALTY FOR ANY DAMAGES AND LOSSES THAT MAY BE INCURRED BY PROPERTY DUE TO THE NON-FULFILMENT OF THE CONTRACT.
THE REMAINDER OF THE RENTAL AMOUNT, OR 50%, SHOULD BE PAID AT LEAST 72 HOURS BEFORE THE AGREED CHECK-IN DATE FOR THE APARTMENT. THE FACILITIES SUBJECT TO CONTRACT (CLEANING, LAUNDRY, LUNCH, DINNER AND OTHER SERVICES) BETWEEN THE CLIENT AND PROPERTY, AND THE DEPOSIT AND SURETY, WILL BE SIGNED FOR IN A SEPARATE DOCUMENT AND PAID UPON CONTRACT.
Stays:
IF THE CLIENT CANCELS AN OVERNIGHT STAY PROPERTY IS NOT OBLIGED TO GIVE ANY KIND OF REFUND OR COMPENSATION.
THE NON-FULFILMENT OF ANY OF THE ABOVE SECTIONS WILL GIVE DUE CAUSE TO TERMINATE THE CONTRACT. PROPERTY COULD REQUEST A FURTHER 50% ON TOP OF THE AMOUNT STIPULATED IN THE CONTRACT FOR THE RENTAL AMOUNT, IN PAYMENT OF ANY DAMAGES AND LOSSES WHICH WOULD BE DEFRAYED BY THE CLIENT IMMEDIATELY.
