Agrotourism among orange trees
La Joya del Valle de Ricote, is located on an agricultural farm, dedicated to CITRICULTURE, or citrus cultivation, a set of agronomic techniques aimed at the production of native plant species, as well as the adaptation of new varieties, mainly of the genus Citrus.
In addition, among our citrus plantations, we have an endless number of trees of different varieties of fruit, such as peaches, apricots, loquats, quinces, avocados and pomegranates, among others, that we use for our consumption and that we offer to our guests.
Whether you are staying at La Joya, or not, and want to spend a fun day and learn more about our crops, in season, between the months of November and May, we offer a Gastro Experience on a guided tour of our farm, which we call "THE CITRUS TOUR".

Our exotic citrus
In small quantities, we grow exotic varieties of citrus, such as Budha,Hand which comes from Asia. It is very aromatic, without pulp and with a particular shape to which it owes its name.
Among our harvest, we also have kumquats, limequats, sweet lemons, bergamot, sweet orange gold grain and citric caviar or finger lime.
At present, all of them are being in great demand by the great haute cuisine chefs, pastry chefs and barmans.

From the tree to your house
In season (from November to June), we deliver our citrus fruits to your homes in 10 kg boxes. Depending on the month, the boxes will be of different varieties of oranges, lemons, pink grapefruit and mandarins.
If you feel like it, you can also come and collect them yourself.
